At this stage of the game, I believe everybody is aware of the benefits that green juice provides for our bodies. However, I wanted to share my own recipe and experience with it. I drink this often before I eat anything else because we must eat something nutritious first thing in the morning. This is, so your cells receive a healthy infusion so they can set you up for a successful, happy, and energetic day.
Regardless of numerous studies stating that you should drink plain water first thing in the morning, I rather have:
1. Lemon water
2. This green juice recipe
3. Protein shake
4. Tea
When you have been a health science student, you are exposed to information that changes your thinking and understanding of life. This happens without you even noticing; now you are aware of how your body works and you want to help. So now, your goal is to optimize your health and be a better you. You question everything and some things stop making sense while others grow inside you.
In my experience, I feel so much better with this routine. This has helped me to feel more energized and also, my skin looks so much brighter and healthy. I treat food as medicine, as a beauty treatment, as a treat, and I think of it as fuel.
Recipe: Super Easy and Practical
I don't have the time to make fresh green juice every single day or every single saturday. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
My way to go is brewing different kinds of tea and adding less of half of the glass of organic green juice.

Benefits of green juice:
1. Stabilizes sugar levels, optimize immunity levels, better digestion, and it is charged with plenty of vitamins and minerals. Be careful to choose low sugar juices because sugar will kill all of the benefits a green juice is supposed to bring to the table. In case you have no choice, you can dilute with water or drink way less of the serving size suggestion in the nutritional facts table.
Like everything try to do not over do it so your body don't get used to it. Also, it is fine if you woke up craving coffee or other kind of juice. There is time for everything; Ecclesiastes 3.
The key is to eat mostly healthy for example 80-90% healthy- 5-10% be happy and eat whatever you want). It is not realistic to strictly stick to a super healthy 24/7 routine, but you can be intentional setting boundaries.
Matthew 6:21 says "For were your treasure is, there your heart will be also. What you feed is what you get my friends.
