Story Time: My Most Beautiful Picture Was Never Taken

My Home: San Sebastian de Las Vegas del Pepino
A couple of years ago I was on my way to college (I was in Physical Therapy Assistant School in San Sebastián my adoptive town) and going uphill, I saw the most beautiful scenario that maybe I will not see ever again.  It was so beautiful to me that I could not take my phone to take the shot because I was afraid to lose the beauty of the moment.

I could not take my eyes off and instead, I decided to enjoy the moment and engrave it in my mind and my feelings.

A very old man in my neighborhood was having his afternoon walk.  He looked so fragile, but so serene and at peace.  He was going in the same direction I was going and the sun started to go down.  I was appreciating a beautiful on point sunset while an old serene fragile old man was walking facing the sunset.

The emotions going on in my insides were like "God, his life is ending someday soon. He has live a long life and he is getting ready to rest.  Just like the sun".  I started to think about the fragility of life, how short our time is and that we should be living to the fullest.

Because one day we will have our last sunset.

Keep Moving Forward,
